Ingredients

  • 350 gr free-range chicken
  • 100 gr macaroni (boiled)
  • 2 carrots (chopped)
  • 1 spring onion (chopped)
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 2 cardamom grains
  • 1 comb flower (deaf)
  • 2 fingers of geprek ginger
  • 1 tbsp fried garlic
  • 1 tbsp fried
  • Salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste

Ground spices

  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 nutmeg

Supplementary material

  • Sambel, Lime, Chopped Celery And Fried Onions.

Step

  • • Boil the chicken that has been washed clean with spring onions, cardamom, comb flowers, ginger, salt, sugar and mushroom broth.
  • • Saute the ground spices until cooked, then dip the chicken stew, wait until the chicken is tender then add carrots, whole celery, fried onions, cook until the carrots are cooked, then taste test.
  • • Put the macaroni in a bowl, then pour the soup while it's hot, sprinkle with chopped celery and fried onions, the soup is ready to be served with chili sauce and lime, good luck
