Ingredient

  • 250 gr crab meat
  • 1 large honey corn kernel (comb/pipil)
  • 1/2 pc carrot (grated)
  • 2 free-range eggs (beaten)
  • Enough chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Mushroom broth to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Thickening flour (3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon sago flour mixed with water)

Method

  • Heat the chicken broth until it boils, add the carrots, corn and crab meat, season with salt, pepper, fish sauce and mushroom broth, reduce the heat, then add the thickened flour and beaten egg, stir quickly with a fork, taste test, if it's suitable, pour in the sesame oil. stir turn off the fire
