Spinach Meatball Soup

Ingredient

  • 250 gr beef
  • 100 gr spinach leaves, finely chopped
  • 75 gr tapioca flour
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp Royco Beef Broth
  • 100 gr ice cubes
  • Salt and pepper powder to taste

Other Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 cloves of red onion, puree
  • 2 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 tsp Royco Beef Broth
  • Sugar, salt and pepper to taste

Sprinkled

  • Fried onion

How to make

  • 1. Meatballs: Mix all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth. Round shape and boil in boiling water until cooked, remove and drain.
  • 2. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add enough water.
  • 3. Enter the meatballs, potatoes, carrots, sugar, salt, ground pepper and Royco Beef Broth, cook until the ingredients are soft.
  • 4. Add the tomatoes and scallions, stir briefly until boiling, remove and serve with a sprinkling of fried shallots.
