Bokkeum Eomuk Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of fish cake, cut into 2
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 pieces bawmer slices
  • 2 curly red chilies
  • 2 curly green chilies
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine / mirin (you can skip it)
  • Black pepper powder

How to Make Eomuk Bokkeum

  • 1. Boil the fishcake for a while, remove
  • 2. Saute the onion and chilies until fragrant. Add eomuk and spices, mix well
  • 3. Cook until the spices are absorbed.
