Stirfry Fish Cake (eomuk Bokkeum)
Bokkeum Eomuk Ingredients
- 4 pieces of fish cake, cut into 2
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 pieces bawmer slices
- 2 curly red chilies
- 2 curly green chilies
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine / mirin (you can skip it)
- Black pepper powder
How to Make Eomuk Bokkeum
- 1. Boil the fishcake for a while, remove
- 2. Saute the onion and chilies until fragrant. Add eomuk and spices, mix well
- 3. Cook until the spices are absorbed.
