Ingredient

  • 100 g chicken meat, chopped
  • 1 pc sweet corn, shelled
  • Spinach
  • 3 pcs white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 pc small size onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Water, salt, stock powder, sugar, pepper to taste
  • Maizena/sago dissolve in water

How to Cook

  • 1. Saute the white onion and onion until fragrant, add the chicken, stir-fry until it changes color, add the corn, stir briefly
  • 2. Add water, salt, sugar, stock powder, pepper, wait for it to boil, add spinach, cook for a while until the spinach wilts, add the beaten egg while stirring, then pour in the cornstarch solution, mix well, the thickness can be adjusted according to taste, then serve.
