Shrimp Tofu Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of egg tofu cut into squares
  • 10 large prawns coarsely chopped
  • 100gr minced meat
  • 1 egg beaten off
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 cm geprek ginger
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • Powdered broth
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Salt, pepper
  • Cornstarch solution
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  • 1. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add meat, saute until pale.
  • 2 . Pour enough water, after boiling add tofu and seasonings. Bring back to a boil
  • 3. Enter the shrimp, thicken with cornstarch solution.
  • 4. Once it boils, add the scallions and sesame oil. Serve warm
