Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of tofu, cut into squares, fried
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 green chilies
  • 3 red chilies
  • 1 pack of coconut milk
  • Mushroom broth
  • Sugar
  • Salt, pepper

Ground spices

  • 3 bawput
  • 5 bawmer
  • 2 hazelnuts

Method

  • 1. Saute ground spices, bay leaf and chili duo until fragrant.
  • 2. Add tofu, mix well
  • 3. Pour a little water, give seasoning. Stir well
  • 4. Enter the coconut milk, cook until cooked
