Lombok Cooking Tofu
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of tofu, cut into squares, fried
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 green chilies
- 3 red chilies
- 1 pack of coconut milk
- Mushroom broth
- Sugar
- Salt, pepper
Ground spices
- 3 bawput
- 5 bawmer
- 2 hazelnuts
Method
- 1. Saute ground spices, bay leaf and chili duo until fragrant.
- 2. Add tofu, mix well
- 3. Pour a little water, give seasoning. Stir well
- 4. Enter the coconut milk, cook until cooked
