Ingredients ⁣⁣

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 65 ml thick coconut milk
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 segment of galangal, geprek
  • 2 lemongrass, crushed

Ground spices

  • 5 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 red chilies
  • 2 segments kencur
  • 1 segment of roasted turmeric
  • 1 piece of ginger, puree
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

How to Make ⁣⁣

  • 1. Boiled eggs that have been peeled are fried in a very hot skillet with a little cooking oil.
  • 2. Saute all the spices until cooked. Add whole chilies and coconut milk. Give 500 ml of water. Wait until it boils then add the eggs.
  • 3. Cook over low heat until cooked, taste correction, serve.
