1 lemongrass stalk, crushed

Salt, sugar & mushroom broth, to taste
2 tbsp oil for frying

Ground spices
7 cloves of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of curly red chili
5 pieces of red chili
2 hazelnuts
1 finger ginger
1 turmeric finger
How to make
1. Heat the oil, stir-fry the ground spices until fragrant, add the leeks, lemongrass, lime leaves, pandan leaves & turmeric leaves, stir-fry again until fragrant.
