Tofu Nori Flush

Ingredient

  • 3 pieces of white tofu, cut into 1 cm thick squares
  • 1 sheet of nori, cut into 2 (adjusted to the size of the tofu)
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder Spices
  • salt, pepper
  • 3 tbsp flour

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder Spices
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt, pepper
  • Cornstarch solution

Method

  • 1. Season the tofu with garlic powder, salt, pepper. Leave 15 minutes
  • 2. Wrap the tofu with nori. Coat with flour and fry until golden. Lift
  • 3. Sauce: heat a frying pan, add all spices except sesame oil. Stir well
  • 4. Pour enough water, after boiling thicken with cornstarch solution. Cook until it explodes. Add sesame oil and spring onions
  • 5. Pour the sauce over the tofu. Serve
