Ingredients

  • 150 gr Young Jackfruit, boiled
  • 150 gr Cabbage, coarsely sliced
  • 100 gr long beans, cut into short pieces
  • 500 ml Water
  • 80 gm Fiber Creme
  • 2 Sheets of Salam Leaves
  • 2 lemongrass stalks, crushed
  • 20 gr Galangal, crushed
  • 5 Sheets of Kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 pieces of turmeric leaves
  • 2 g Kandis Acid
  • 50 ml Vegetable Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Sufficient Sugar

Ground spices

  • 40 gr Shallots
  • 30 gr Garlic
  • 60 gr curly red chili
  • 10 gr Turmeric
  • 15 gr Ginger
  • 12 gr Pecan

How to make

  • 1. Heat the vegetable oil with ground spices, lemongrass, galangal, bay leaf, turmeric leaf, Kandis acid and kaffir lime leaves, stir-fry the spices until fragrant and cooked.
  • 2. Pour water, mix well. Add salt and sugar, mix well. Cook until boiling
  • 3. Enter young jackfruit, cabbage and long beans, cook for a while
  • 4. Enter the Fiber Creme @fibercreme stir well until dissolved, bring to a boil briefly, remove and serve.
