Ingredients

  • 5 pcs beef sausage (type of sausage according to taste), then grilled for a while so that there is a smokiness sensation, set aside
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 part onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Sufficiently chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 ml broth (me: plain water)
  • Optional a little white wine
  • Optional chili flakes
  • To taste salt / mushroom broth

How to cook

  • Saute garlic, Italian seasoning & basil leaves until fragrant
  • Add water, white wine, tomato paste, mix well, cook until it boils
  • Add paprika, onion, black pepper and mushroom stock/salt
  • Enter the sausage, cook everything until the gravy is absorbed and thickens, if you like you can add chili flakes, serve with rice / pasta or boiled potatoes
