What is the Recipe for Spicy Catfish Sour?

Ingredients
- 1 kg catfish, cut into pieces

- 2 large red chilies, sliced
Ground spices
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 20 pcs red curly chili
- 3 sticks of candlenut

Other Seasonings
- 3 rs of galangal, sliced
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 6 lbs lime leaves, torn
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 pcs kandis acid (6 pcs)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mushroom broth
- 1 tsp pepper powder
Method
- 1. Wash the catfish, then marinate with lemon or lime
- 2. Puree all the spices, put it in a pot or pan
- 3. Enter the galangal, lime leaves, bay leaf, lemongrass, sugar, salt, powdered stock, ground pepper, kandis acid and water
- 4. Stir well and let the water boil
- 5. After boiling, add the fish and let it cook
- 6. After the fish is cooked, add the sliced tomatoes and large red chilies
