Ingredients for Wonogiri's Typical Beef Sour

Cemplung Seasoning

  • 2 bay leaves
  • A thumb of galangal

Ground spices

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 1 large red chili
  • 5 pieces of red chili
  • 4 pieces of devil's chili (cayenne pepper which is orange, yellow, red which is very spicy)

How to make Wonogiri's special beef tamarind
