Ingredient

  • 1 piece of tofu, cut into pieces and fried
  • Shimeji mushrooms to taste
  • Minced meat to taste
  • 3 sliced ​​red chilies
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cm ginger sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 100 ml cornstarch solution
  • Pepper, salt, sugar to taste
  • Oil for frying

Sauce Ingredients Stir Together

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp angciu (can skip)

The method

  • 1. Saute garlic, ginger, onion until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the meat, stir until it changes color, add the mushrooms and give a little water.
  • 3. After boiling, add the sauce, tofu, chilies, scallions and cornstarch solution.
  • 4. Cook until thickened then remove and serve.
