Aglio Olio Cheese Shellfish

Ingredient

  • 150gr spaghetti Lafonte @pastabisa
  • 3 garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200gr tofu scallops
  • 3 dry chilies, sliced
  • 75ml water
  • Salt, pepper, sugar, mushroom broth
  • Cheese spread
  • Parsley

Method

  • • Boil spaghetti until aldente, remove and drain.
  • • Wash the scallops, boil briefly with ginger, remove and set aside the fresh ones (scallops open when boiled).
  • • Sauté the garlic and dried chilies in oil until fragrant, then add the boiled tofu clams, add water, cook until the water boils, then add the spaghetti @pastabisa, add salt, sugar, pepper and mushroom broth, remove from heat.
  • Top with melted and thickened cheese, sprinkle with parsley leaves and dry chilies.
  • Serve!
