Balado Eggs & Green Eggplant

Ingredient

  • 6 hard boiled eggs then peeled, fried until skinned
  • 4 pcs green eggplant, cut into pieces, then fried
  • Salt, mushroom broth, sugar, water to taste

Ground spices

  • 1 pc medium size tomato
  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 15 pcs mixed cayenne pepper
  • 7 pcs curly red chili

The method

  • 1. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add salt, mushroom broth, sugar, water to taste, mix well.
  • 2. Cook the spices until cooked/no bad smell, add round eggs, fried eggplant, mix well. Taste correction
  • 3. Lift ready to serve
