Ingredients for Barbeque Sausages & Scrambled Eggs

  • 6 pieces of beef sausage, cut into slices
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 clove of onion, cut lengthwise
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into 1 cm
  • 1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 150 ml water

Sauce Ingredients (Mix In A Bowl)

  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp powdered mushroom stock
  • Sprinkled :
  • Toasted sesame

How to Make Barbeque Sausages & Scrambled Eggs

  • 1. Heat oil, saute onion & garlic until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the sausage & sauce ingredients, mix well.
  • 3. Add water & taste correction.
  • 4. Enter the cornstarch solution, stir until thick.
  • 5. Finally add scrambled eggs & celery leaves, mix well.
  • 6. Serve with a sprinkling of toasted sesame.
