fettuccine alfredo

Ingredient

  • 150 gr fettuccine
  • 100 gr breast fillet
  • 50 gr champignon mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp butter/olive oil
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Parsley to taste

How to make

  • 1. Boil the pasta until half cooked, add salt and a little oil in the cooking water
  • 2. Sauté butter, garlic, add chicken, stir fry until chicken is cooked, add mushrooms, stir well, pour water and let it boil
  • 3. Add salt and pepper, mix well, pour cream and cheese, add parsley, mix well, ready to serve
