Ingredients

  • 200 gr fusilli, boil then remove and drain
  • Sauce Ingredients
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
  • 200 gr smoked meat (can be replaced with sausage) sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 250 ml liquid milk
  • 1 pack cheddar cheese (170gr) grated
  • Topping: grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese to taste

How to make

  • 1. Boil the tomatoes until then peel and remove the seeds. Finely chop
  • 2. Heat a frying pan, add margarine or butter and fry the onions until fragrant. Add carrots. Stir briefly until wilted.
  • 3. Enter the meat, stir until it changes color. Add salt, pepper, milk and cheese. Stir well. Then taste correction. Add fusilli. Stir well. Lift.
  • 4. Transfer the dough to a heat-resistant container and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 160'c.
