Ingredients

  • 1 rooster/village/country
  • Enough water to boil
  • The oil for frying
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock (to taste)
  • Sugar if you like

Puree Seasoning Ingredients

  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 5 cm turmeric
  • 10 cm young galangal

The method

  • -prepare a chicken ungkep pot with spices and water according to the type of chicken
  • - cook until soft turn off
  • -Prepare a hot frying pan with oil then fry until cooked and drain

Onion Sauce Ingredients

  • 15 stalks of red chili
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 5 cloves of garlic coarsely chopped
  • Used cooking oil for fried chicken

The method

  • -prepare a mortar, add chilies, salt, sugar and mushroom broth until smooth
  • -then add chopped garlic, mix well with a little bit, press but not grind it finely (garlic still looks rough)
  • -pour with enough hot oil
  • -Gepuk chicken on a mortar with chili sauce then serve with tutug rice and egg omelette
