Lorden (sarden Egg)
Ingredient
- 1 small can of sardines, drained
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 3 pieces bawmer slices
- 2 sliced curly chilies
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pepper
Method
- 1. Saute the onion and chilies until fragrant. Add the sardines and stir fry briefly.
- 2. Crack the eggs on the sardines, wait until the bottom is dry and then turn over
- 3. Cook until done.
