Ingredient

  • Mackerel
  • Margarine
  • Instant fried fish seasoning
  • Sweet soy sauce

Ground spices

  • Garlic
  • Shallot
  • Red chili
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Chicken Royco
  • Salt and sugar

How to make

  • 1. Wash the mackerel and then season it with the fried fish seasoning, ungkep for a while. set aside
  • 2. Puree the spices then stir-fry until cooked, turn off the stove. mix with margarine and sweet soy sauce. Season the fish with spices and let it rest for a while
  • 3. Heat the pan, spread margarine on the pan, arrange the fish on the grilled fish pan until cooked. Just flip it once so the fish doesn't break. Occasionally brush the fish with the remaining spices. Serve warm
