Ingredient

  • 250 gr gravel, cut into pieces
  • 2 plantains

Ground spices

  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 15 pcs red chili

Seasoning Iris

  • 3 pcs green curly chili, sliced
  • 1 large red chili
  • 1 pc red green chili
  • 2 rs of galangal

Other Seasonings

  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • block brown sugar
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste

Method

  • 1. Boil hot water, then boil the kikil
  • 2. After that, cut the gravel
  • 3. Saute the ground spices then add the red curly chili
  • 4. Enter the gravel and stir-fry so that the spices are evenly mixed, add enough water
  • 5. After that add salt, mushroom broth, brown sugar, mix well
  • 6. Add sweet soy sauce to taste, mix well again
  • 7. When the water is hot and the gravel is cooked, correct the taste and it's ready to be served
