Flour Dough Ingredients

  • 250 g medium protein flour
  • 50 g rice flour
  • 1 tbsp muncung cornstarch (can substitute with rice flour)
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 250 ml water

Vegetable Ingredients

  • 250 g carrots, peeled, grated / sliced ​​lengthwise like matchsticks
  • 150 g boneless cabbage leaves, finely sliced
  • A handful of sprouts / sprouts
  • 3 scallions finely chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery finely chopped

Method

  • Except for water, mix all the ingredients for the flour mixture, stir with a whisk/fork until the margarine is crushed into small granules and well mixed with the other ingredients. set aside
  • In another bowl, mix all the vegetable ingredients together. Add flour mixture, mix well. Then add the water little by little while stirring until well blended. The dough is a bit thick... Rest for 15 minutes. Heat the oil over high heat. Add 1 small spoon of dough, if you like a crunchier texture, make it thin, otherwise if you like it to be crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside, you can make it a little thicker. Fill the pan to taste, adjust the amount of oil used. Fry over medium high heat until golden brown. Lift then drain.
