Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
1 tbsp muncung cornstarch (can substitute with rice flour)
1 tsp broth powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp margarine
250 ml water
Vegetable Ingredients
250 g carrots, peeled, grated / sliced lengthwise like matchsticks
150 g boneless cabbage leaves, finely sliced
A handful of sprouts / sprouts
3 scallions finely chopped
3 stalks of celery finely chopped
Method
Except for water, mix all the ingredients for the flour mixture, stir with a whisk/fork until the margarine is crushed into small granules and well mixed with the other ingredients. set aside
In another bowl, mix all the vegetable ingredients together. Add flour mixture, mix well. Then add the water little by little while stirring until well blended. The dough is a bit thick... Rest for 15 minutes. Heat the oil over high heat. Add 1 small spoon of dough, if you like a crunchier texture, make it thin, otherwise if you like it to be crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside, you can make it a little thicker. Fill the pan to taste, adjust the amount of oil used. Fry over medium high heat until golden brown. Lift then drain.
