Ingredients

  • 1kg Mackerel, clean, steal lime
  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 4 lime leaves
  • 1 sheet of turmeric leaf, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime
  • 100 ml thick coconut milk (I used fiber cream 100gr)
  • 2 glasses of water
  • salt, sugar to taste

Ground spices

  • 15 red onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2cm turmeric
  • 1cm ginger
  • 2 red chilies (to taste)

How to cook

  • 1. Clean the mackerel, give lime juice and a little salt. set aside
  • 2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add the lime leaves and lemongrass, stir-fry again
  • 3. Add water and wait for it to boil
  • 4. Enter the turmeric leaves, galam, sugar, mix well
  • 5. Enter the fiber cream solution, stir
  • 6. Enter the mackerel, turn only once. Cook until the water shrinks a bit
  • 7. Take it out, if you want to serve it, burn it on happycall or grillpan for a while, only turn it once so it doesn't break
  • 8. Serve with cassava leaf curry and green tomato sauce in the style of RM Padang..
