Ingredients

  • 500 gr pumpkin, cut into matchsticks
  • 50 gr Petai, cut into 2
  • 300 ml Coconut Milk @karasantan.id
  • 2 large red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 15 gr Galangal in geprek
  • 3 Sheets of Salam Leaves
  • 800 ml Water
  • 75 ml Oil For frying
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Mushroom Broth

Ground spices

  • 50 gr Shallot
  • 20 gr Garlic
  • 50 gr big red chili
  • 15 grams of curly red chili
  • 5 g of Terasi

How to make

  • 1. Roast briefly, all ingredients to make a smooth seasoning. then blend until smooth
  • 2. Saute ground spices, add galangal and bay leaf. Saute the spices until fragrant and cooked.
  • 3. Add the Siamese Pumpkin, Coconut Milk, Red Chili, Petai and pour the water, stir until blended.
  • 4. Enter the salt and sugar, stir well, cook until the pumpkin is cooked, correct the taste, remove and serve.
