Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of spinach, noon
  • 250 grams of machete pumpkin, peeled and cut into squares
  • 4 cm galangal, crushed
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 sachets of coconut milk @65 ml
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder

Seasoning Ground

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 red onions
  • 2 cm kencur
  • 1 tsp roasted coriander
  • 5 grains of roasted hazelnut

How to make

  • - Boil water with ground spices, bay leaves and galangal. After boiling, add the pumpkin with salt, sugar and powdered broth. Cook until half cooked.
  • - Enter the spinach and coconut milk, cook until the spinach is wilted, stirring for a while.
  • - Once cooked then taste test. Remove and ready to serve.
