Ingredient

  • 1 pack of bok choy, halved, boiled half cooked
  • 1 chicken breast fillet, cut into 2
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • Cornstarch solution
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Salt, pepper

Marinated Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Method

  • 1. Season the chicken with the marinade for 15 minutes. Then stir-fry until cooked, remove
  • 2. In the same pan, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, add the onions, fry for a while
