Sweet Sauce Bokhoy
Ingredient
- 1 pack of bok choy, halved, boiled half cooked
- 1 chicken breast fillet, cut into 2
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 onion sliced

- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Salt, pepper
Marinated Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Method
- 1. Season the chicken with the marinade for 15 minutes. Then stir-fry until cooked, remove
- 2. In the same pan, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, add the onions, fry for a while
- 3. Enter the sauce mixture, stir well, pour enough water. After boiling thicken with cornstarch solution
