Ingredients

  • 200 gr fish ball @seafoodlovers.japfa, chopped small
  • 250 gr white rice + 2 tbsp sticky rice
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp halal mirin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg (wet layer)
  • Dry layer: Panir flour

How to make

  • 1. Mix the rice, fish balls, nori, sesame oil, halal mirin, salt, powdered stock and mayonnaise. Stir until well blended.
  • 2. Take 1 tablespoon of dough (31 g) in the form of balls while compacting. Do it until it runs out.
  • 3. Dip balls in wet layer, coat in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Lift.
  • 4. Serve Fish Balls with Rice Balls with chili sauce or make lunch for school children.
