Pineapple Squid

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 250 gr Squid
  • 65 ml Coconut Milk KARA @karasantan.id + water = 300ml
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Mushroom broth
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Ground spices

  • 1/2 tbsp dry ebi
  • 8 red onions
  • 4 garlics
  • 2 roasted hazelnuts
  • 10 red curly chilies
  • A handful of turmeric
  • 50ml cooking oil

How to cook

  • 1. Soak the Ebi until it expands, wash
  • clean, blend with other spices
  • 2. Saute the spices until fragrant, add the pineapple, add coconut milk, salt, mushroom broth and sugar.
  • 3. Cook until the pineapple is perfectly cooked, and the gravy is reduced. Add the squid, stir well until cooked.
  • 4. Serve
