Ingredient

  • 200gr Salted Squid
  • 3 Pete boards
  • 3 tbsp Tamarind Water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Mushroom Broth
  • Oil for frying

Ground spices

  • 8 red onions
  • 15 curly red chilies
  • 1/2 tsp shrimp paste

How to cook

  • 1. Flush the squid with hot water, let stand for a while, then wash thoroughly
  • 2. Fry the squid for a while, then drain
  • 3. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add the Pete and mix well
  • 4. Add salted squid, salt, sugar, mushroom broth, tamarind water
  • 5. Cook until everything is completely absorbed
  • 6. Serve
