Ingredients

  • kg squid, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • pc lime

Ground spices

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 12 pcs cayenne pepper
  • 3 pcs red curly chili
  • 1 rs ginger
  • 1 rs of turmeric

Other Seasonings

  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 4 lbs lime leaves, torn
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 rs of galangal
  • tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • tsp ground pepper

Method

  • 1. Wash the squid and marinate with lime, then wash again and drain
  • 2. Puree all the spices.
  • 3. Sauté with enough oil, add lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaf, sugar, salt, stock powder, pepper powder
  • 4. Stir well and stir fry until the spices are cooked
  • 5. After the spices are cooked and cooked, add the squid and add a little water (the squid usually releases quite a lot of water)
  • 6. After the water is a bit sat and it will be lifted for a moment, correct the taste and it's ready to be served
