Ingredient

  • 1 kg broiler chicken cut according to taste
  • Seasonings ready/ready to use 5000 (buy at the market)
  • Salt, mushroom broth, water to taste

The method

  • 1. Wash the chicken pieces and drain.
  • 2. Fry the spices until fragrant, add the chicken pieces, stir until the chicken changes color.
  • 3. Pour enough water, add salt, mushroom broth, mix well. Cook until cooked/tender. Taste correction
  • 4. Remove from the drain, fry the chicken in hot oil until it just changes color. Lift drain
  • 5. Fry the spices until they are dry/brown. Lift drain. Serve with fried chicken, chili sauce, fresh vegetables.
