Anchovy Tofu Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of tofu
  • 1/2 ounce of anchovies
  • 1 Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Sufficient seasoning
  • Oil for frying

Ground spices

  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 pieces of curly chili
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper

How to make

  • 1. Wash the tofu and anchovies using hot water, cut the tofu according to taste, fry the tofu and anchovies until cooked, drain.
  • 2. Sauté ground spices until fragrant, add tomatoes, mix well, add gram and seasonings
  • 3. Enter the tofu and anchovies that have been fried, stir until the spices are evenly distributed.
