Ingredient

  • – 750 gr Chicken Wings (8 wings)
  • – 2 lmbr lime leaves
  • – 2 sheets of bay leaf
  • – 1 stalk lemongrass geprek
  • - 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of powdered broth, 1 teaspoon of salt / seasoning according to taste, okay
  • – 700 miles of water

Softened seasoning

  • – 5 curly red chilies
  • – 8 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • – 4 cloves of red onion
  • – 3 cloves of garlic
  • – 3 candlenuts
  • – 1 piece of ginger
  • – 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

How to make

  • 1. Clean the Chicken Wings
  • 2. Saute the mashed spices with a little cooking oil, add the lime leaves, bay leaves and lemongrass, stir fry until cooked and fragrant
  • 3. Enter the chicken wings, stir until well mixed, add water, cook until boiling
  • 4. After the water boils, add sugar, salt and powdered stock, cook until the water is reduced and the spices are absorbed, don't forget to check the taste
  • 5. After the spices are absorbed and the sauce is reduced, remove and serve
