Ingredients

  • Tempe 300 grams sliced
  • Water 400 ml
  • Fiber cream 3 tbsp
  • 1 sheet bay leaf
  • Galangal 1 segment
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mushroom Broth 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • 5 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • Garlic 5 cloves sliced
  • 3 large red chilies
  • Cayenne pepper 7 slices
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Beans one handful of slices

Step

  • 1. Sauté the garlic for a while then the onion, bay leaf, galangal, stir fry for a while
  • 2. Add chilies, stir fry until wilted, add cumin and coriander, stir-fry until fragrant
  • 3. Pour boiling water, pour tempeh, cook 10 minutes.
  • 4. Add chickpeas, cook 2 minutes, add fiber creme, cook 1 minute, remove from heat. (My creation)
