Ingredients

  • 9 pcs meatballs, split into 4 on the top
  • 4 pcs tofu, split into 2
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery leaves, sliced
  • 3 stalks mustard greens, cut into 2
  • 500 – 600 ml of water

Spice

  • clove of onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped

Other Seasonings

  • tsp salt
  • tsp chicken stock
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg sauce powder
  • Notes:
  • The amount of seasoning is adjusted to the number of ingredients used

How to make

  • 1. Cut all the ingredients
  • 2. Sauté the sliced ​​onions and garlic until cooked, then add them to the boiling water, mix well
  • 3. Enter the meatballs, add sugar, salt and powdered stock, ground pepper, nutmeg powder and mix well again
  • 4. When the meatballs expand, add the tofu and mustard slices.
  • 5. After everything is cooked and will be lifted for a moment, add sliced ​​​​scallions and celery, correct the taste and ready to serve
