Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. 1 Wash the tofu and cut it according to taste. Continue to fry until cooked and browned
2 Slice onions, garlic, chilies, onions, scallions and celery leaves
3 Sauté the shallots, garlic and chilies until fragrant and wilted. Then add the onions and sauté again until the onions are wilted.
4 Add water, chicken stock, salt, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and tofu that have been fried earlier. Cook again until the water has reduced slightly then add the spring onions and celery leaves. Cook until the leaves are wilted and the water is reduced.
