Flour Chicken Ingredients

  • 200 gr chicken fillet, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Sugar, salt, pepper and powdered broth to taste

Layer

  • 5 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • (Mix and mix well, take 2 tablespoons flour + enough water, for a wet layer)

Stir-fry Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 2 sausages
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • Sugar, salt, pepper and powdered broth to taste.

Complementary

  • White rice
  • Sunny side up
  • Lettuce

How to make

  • 1. Sweet Sauce Chicken: Mix chicken with salt, pepper and powdered stock, marinate for 15 minutes. Dip in wet layer, coat in dry layer, fry until golden brown, remove from heat.
  • 2. Saute onions, garlic and red chilies until fragrant, pour a little water, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce and sauce, mix well.
  • 2. Add sugar, salt, pepper and stock powder, stir. Add chicken flour, stir until well blended. Lift.
  • 3. Stir-fry Broccoli: Saute garlic until fragrant, add sausage and give a little water. Add sugar, salt, pepper and powdered broth. Add broccoli and sweet soy sauce, cook briefly, remove from heat.
  • 4. Serving: Put rice and sla leaves in a bowl, give chicken with sweet sauce, stir-fry broccoli and beef eye eggs. Ready to serve
