Ingredient

  • 1 can asparagus, cut into 2
  • 1 can of crab, drain the water
  • 100gr minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 cm geprek ginger
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tbsp chickeb stock @spice.id
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Cornstarch solution
  • 1.5 liters of water

Method

  • 1. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the meat, cook until pale. Add crab, give oyster sauce and soy sauce, mix well.
  • 3. Pour in the water, once it boils add the asparagus and the rest of the other spices except sesame oil. Taste correction.
  • 4. Thicken with cornstarch solution, after it explodes, pour in the eggs little by little while continuing to stir
  • 5. Add sesame oil and scallions, remove.
