Ingredient

  • 1 pack spaghetti 225 gr
  • 100 gr salty baby squid
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 4 red onions
  • 5 tomatoes, halved
  • 15 pieces of red cayenne pepper (amount of chili according to taste)
  • 5 pieces of curly chili
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
  • 4 lime leaves
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken or mushroom stock
  • Right amount of oil

How to make

  • 1. Boil the baby squid for a while until soft. Remove and remove the bones and slice. Set aside.
  • 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, add the onion, garlic and chili, cook until wilted. Then add the tomatoes. Stir until the tomatoes wilt then remove.
  • 3. Blend the sauteed onions until just coarsely crushed. If you don't have a blender, you can just grind it.
  • 4. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, add squid, lemongrass and lime leaves, stir until fragrant.
  • 5. Add the onion mixture. Cook until fragrant.
  • 6. Add water, salt, sugar and seasoning. Cook until done. Then taste test. Lift. Sambal is ready to eat.
  • 7. Bring the water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the spaghetti. Boil until cooked. Lift and drain. Flush with water so it doesn't stick.
  • 8. Prepare a plate then arrange the spaghetti on it and flush with the salty squid sauce.
