peanut soup

Ingredients

  • 500gr brisket
  • 400gr peanuts
  • 4 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Salt, pepper
  • Broth powder if you like
  • Fried onions

Method

  • 1. Boil the bawput, meat and beans until tender. Cut the meat, put it back into the broth.
  • 2. Add salt, sugar, pepper, taste correction.
  • 3. Just before lifting, add the scallions.
  • 4. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
