Peanut Soup
Ingredients
- 500gr brisket
- 400gr peanuts
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 stalk of spring onion
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Salt, pepper
- Broth powder if you like
- Fried onions
Method
- 1. Boil the bawput, meat and beans until tender. Cut the meat, put it back into the broth.
- 2. Add salt, sugar, pepper, taste correction.
- 3. Just before lifting, add the scallions.
- 4. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
