Ingredient

  • 300 gr beef (has deep) cut into 2
  • 5 eggs (boiled)
  • 2 segments of galangal, geprek
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Nutmeg powder to taste
  • Mrica powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste

Ground spices

  • 4 pecans
  • 4 cloves of red bw
  • 4 cloves of white bw
  • 3 pieces of red chili (can skip)
  • 1 piece of ginger

How to make

  • 1. Saute the ground spices together with bay leaves, lemongrass, galangal until fragrant
  • 2. Enter the pieces of meat, mix well and wait until the meat changes color
  • 3. Add enough water, wait until the water boils, then add the nutmeg powder, sweet soy sauce, mrica, salt and sugar
  • 4. Cook while stirring occasionally until the meat is cooked and tender, add the boiled eggs
  • 5. Correct the taste and it's ready to be served sprinkled with fried onions
