Ingredients ⁣⁣

  • 500 gr small prawns

  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 4 lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 1 segment of galangal
  • Enough cooking oil

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 pecans
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 5 curly red chilies

How to make

  • 1. Saute ground spices along with bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal and lemongrass until cooked, add Chilli powder
  • 2. Enter the shrimp, cook until it changes color
  • 3. Add enough water, cook until boiling, add carrots and chayote
  • 4. Add salt, mushroom broth, sugar and coconut milk, mix well
  • 5. Cook until cooked and while stirring so that the coconut milk does not break
