Ingredients

  • Sufficient white mustard, steamed for a while until it wilts

  • 250 gr chicken fillet, puree
  • 100 gr ear mushrooms
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 scallion
  • Sugar, salt, pepper and powdered broth to taste

Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + water, dissolve
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste

How to make

  • 1. Stuffing: mix all the stuffing ingredients, mix well.
  • 2. Take a piece of chicory, give enough stuffing, roll up neatly. Do it until the dough runs out.
  • 3. Steam for 30 minutes, remove and set aside.
  • 4. Sauce: saute garlic until fragrant, add all ingredients and cornstarch solution, stir until boiling, remove from heat.
  • 5. Serve the Sawi Roll stuffed with chicken with sauce, sprinkle with spring onions and sliced ​​chilies.
