Meatball Ingredients

  • 500 gr chicken fillet (finely ground)
  • 1 pc carrot (70gr) grated
  • 50 gr ear mushrooms (soaked in hot water, cut into pieces)
  • 30 gr vermicelli (soak in hot water, cut into pieces)
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic (1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp myk sesame
  • 1/4 pepper powder
  • 1/2 -1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (I skipped)
  • 1 tbsp sago flour (I skipped)
  • (You can add a little scallion if you like)

Method

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together, set aside
  • 2. Boil the water in the pot until it boils, turn off the heat, round the meatballs into the pot of boiling water, do it until it runs out
  • 3. Turn on the fire to boil the meatballs until it floats to the top, lift it up and set it aside
