Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of chicken, the upper and lower thighs (with free-range chicken, it's definitely better)
  • 4 pcs button mushrooms, sliced

Spice

  • 2 cloves of red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and coarsely chopped
  • clove of onion, sliced

Other Seasonings

  • tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp mushroom broth
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • tsp ground pepper
  • tsp nutmeg powder

Method

  • 1. Boil the chicken with ginger and discard the first cooking water, then set aside
  • 2. Sauté the onions, garlic and shallots until cooked

  • 4. Give enough water, then add the spices such as salt, sugar, ground pepper and nutmeg powder

  • 7. Cook until the mushrooms are cooked, just before lifting, add the sliced ​​green onions
