Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 pieces of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp roasted ebi, puree

  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red chilies

How to make

  • 1. Coat the fish with lime juice, set aside. Saute the sliced ​​spices with bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal until fragrant, add clean water and cook until it boils
