Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. 1. Coat the fish with lime juice, set aside. Saute the sliced spices with bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal until fragrant, add clean water and cook until it boils
2. Enter the fish, add Royco chicken stock, fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar. After boiling, add the Moringa leaves, tomatoes and cayenne pepper and the mashed ebi, cook until the sauce boils again, serve with a sprinkling of scallions and lime
