Fried Winged Rebon Ingredients
- 10 pieces winged bean, cut oblique
- 1 tbsp reboned prawns
Seasoning Iris
- 4 cloves of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 pcs red chili
- 1 large red chili
Other Seasonings
- 1⁄4 tbsp salt
- 1⁄2 tbsp mushroom stock
- 1⁄2 tbsp sugar
- 1⁄2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 rs of galangal
- 1 lb bay leaf
- Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted to the amount of water and ingredients used
How to Make Fried Winged Rebon
- Clean the winged bean and cut it oblique
- Sauté the onion and sliced cayenne pepper along with the galangal and bay leaf. Cook until the spices are cooked, then add the rebon prawns.
- Enter the winged bean, add salt, sugar, mushroom broth, oyster sauce and give enough water
- Cook until the winged beans are cooked and add the large red chili slices,
